FAQ'S - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Sunday to Thursday 10:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 16:00

Beginners can start their course on Sunday and Monday, every other day on request

There are no ski courses on Friday and Saturday, but you are welcome to book private lessons

 

The assembly point is located directly at our main ski school office, Katschberghöhe 30
Ski course tickets must be collected from the ski school office by 09:00 on the start day!

Use of our magic carpets (conveyor belts) is free of charge

Children who can already brake and turn and use the platter lift or chairlift are in need of a Liftcard.

 

For group courses, we recommend at least 3 days.

  • Warm clothes – better one shirt too many!
  • Skis, boots, poles 
  • Sunglasses and suncream
  • Note: Helmets are compulsory up to the age of 15

For a group course there is a maximum of 12 participants

If there are no special arrangements, we can once hold our final race on the Königswiese every Thursday at 10.30 am.

The award ceremony will take place on Thursday afternoon at 3.30 pm at the beginners' practice area. All groups will meet at the area after the ski course.

There will be a certificate and a medal for each participant.

You are welcome to rent the ski-equipment directly online, or on site in one of our ski rental stations. In Landal Park Katschberg or in the Ski rental at Hotel Hinteregger

On presentation of a medical certificate from a local Doctor, you will be reimbursed for the unused days (difference).

Yes, if you book early enough - preferably by e-mail or telephone!

Unfortunately, a refund is not possible if you do not like it. But you are welcome to take advantage of another offer for the difference.
